This 165 feet deep baoli was built in 1699 and is an example of excellent Rajput architecture. A narrow gateway of four pillars marks the entrance and it is joined at the top by slender arches, just under the roof. At the top of the pillars, stone elephants facing each other stand in small niches.
Beyond the entrance, wide steps lead down into the well through archways. The ogee or S-shaped brackets play an important role in Raniji ki Baoli and intricately carved stone brackets decorate all arches.
